• Have authorization to grant Loomii access to the repositories you connect

GitHub Authorization

By connecting your GitHub account, you authorize Loomii to access your repositories and create pull requests on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time through your GitHub settings.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions to connect repositories to Loomii, especially for repositories owned by organizations.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Loomii for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service to transmit malicious code
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our service

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your code and content. Loomii does not claim ownership of any code in your repositories. Our service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Loomii and protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Loomii is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to issues caused by pull requests created through our platform. Always review pull requests before merging.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Loomii at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason. You may also terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your GitHub integration and contacting us.
